The innovative RCC shoe model displays an improved break-over design, allowing a rolled and gentler toe application, minimising the lameness risk of conventional break-over implications. The TRANSITION is a higher density of the three (3) shoe (grades) types. Designed for hooves that may require some extra support whilst transitioning from steel to a steel-free polyurethane shoe. (More Info Below)

Description

TERRAFLEX™ TRANSITION-RCC

MADE in AUSTRALIA

The TRANSITION RCC, as well as the CCC shoe model, are both very useful day-to-day shoes for most horses. Suitable for many equine activities such as Polo Sports Activities, Eventing, Endurance Rides, Driving Events, Barrel Races, and Rodeos, just to mention a few.

Due to its higher density modules, the shoe performs and substantiates excellent good grip and durability on soft to medium-hard grounds, like grassy, sandy, and/or clayey soil, as well as gravel and other loose road bases. It is lesser suitable for harder, and abrasive terrains like bitumen, blue cobblestones, and/or concrete pavements, especially in colder seasons like winter times. Although it retains its original concussion absorbing properties, and flexibility.

All TERRAFLEX™ horseshoes are universal in the design, allowing a wide variety of shapes for easy and fast nailing and/or gluing applications on either front and/or rear hooves. Studs, and/or spikes can be applied to all our shoes if preferred!

The unique shoe design benefits Horse Owners, Horses, and Farriers in many ways.

The RCC shoe model can also play a role in reducing or preventing the horse from overstepping. Side clips can be removed if required.
