The TRANSITION offers a denser design among the three types of shoes, specifically created for hooves that need additional support during the shift from traditional steel to a steel-free polyurethane option. The CCC shoe serves as a standard model, and the toe and side clips can be easily removed or shaped through heat bending to align with the contours of the hoof wall, should that be desired.

The TRANSITION is an exceptionally versatile shoe designed for various daily equine activities. Engineered with high-density modules, this shoe offers outstanding grip and durability across a range of soft to medium-hard surfaces, including grassy, sandy, and clayey soils, as well as gravel and other loose materials. Although it may perform slightly less effectively than the Medic Blue shoe on tougher and more abrasive terrains such as bitumen, cobblestones, and concrete pavements, especially during the colder winter months, it remains a reliable choice for equine endeavors.
