For the past twelve months, we have been operating in an extremely volatile and rapidly changing business environment. There have been significant increases across the board. Shipping, delivery costs, and logistics have dramatically increased due to lower levels of a readily available vessel and space availability growing demand in the transport sections.
To combat these issues we partnered up with two couriers (Aus Post and DHL) of which we know are reliable, and efficient in their services within Australia and Overseas.

SENDING within AUSTRALIA
Express Post: "Next Business Day Delivery"
Covers 80% of Australian business addresses, private addresses, and Post Office Boxes. Service operates between all capital cities (except Darwin and in Perth CBD only) and some major centres. Outside metropolitan areas guaranteed service is to and from townships only.
If your item is for an address outside the Express Post network, Australia Post will use the fastest possible transport links, but it won't be covered under the "Next Day Guarantee"
Parcel Post: "Two (2) or more Business Days Delivery"
Covers all of Australia's business addresses, private addresses, and Post Office Boxes.
Sending within the same State: (QLD)
Metro: up to 2 Business Days
Country: up to 5 Business Days
Sending Interstate: (NSW, VIC, TAS, SA, WA, NT, and ACT)
Metro: up to 3 - 6 Business Days, depending on lodgement and destination point
Country: Please ask at your local Post Office
Express Post: "Seven (7) or more Business Days Delivery"
Standard Post: "Ten (10) or more Business Days Delivery"
The above delivery times may exceed due to customs and/or post/courier services in your country. If your shipment is overdue for delivery, we recommend that you contact your customs office and/or your local post/courier service in your country first to obtain any information.
*International Customers are responsible for all duties, customs fees, and taxes that may be due upon delivery of the shipment to its point of destination.
Stock Orders: We take every measure to ensure that the products we offer online are in stock and be processed within two (2) Business Days (excluding delivery/shipping time).
Back Orders: Items become sometimes unavailable for a certain time, however, we will try to fill your order within ten (10) Business Days (excluding delivery/shipping time).
Blue Pegasos Pty Ltd declines any liability for any unexpected service delay such as weather conditions, transport accidents, public holidays, long weekends, unscheduled events, third-party delivery services, or any other there off!
Please take into consideration that Public Holidays in Australia may differ from State to State, as well as internationally from Country to Country!
DAMAGED and/or MISSING GOODS
If upon receiving your goods you find that items are damaged and/or missing contact us immediately, to help us to follow up on this matter we suggest that you take some photo(s) of the damaged items incl. the package, list all items in question, the delivery date, and possibly the name of the delivery service/agent, and send this information with your contact details in an email to us.
